Reviews and Ratings
During my stay, the hotel had both its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and equipped with a nice kitchenette, but unfortunately, they had a persistent smell reminiscent of ramen noodles. However, I must commend the cleanliness of the rooms. The service was top-notch and the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and accommodating; though, I was disappointed by their treatment of homeless single mothers. The location was convenient for navigating around Billings, being close to key streets, but the thin walls and floors were a downside.
The hotel offers spacious, new-feeling rooms with a fully equipped kitchenette, ideal for longer stays. Despite being located in an industrial neighborhood, the convenience to downtown Billings and essential amenities makes it a decent choice. Service is accommodating, and the dining options, although limited, are understandable given the circumstances of grab-and-go offerings. Overall, a satisfactory stay at a reasonable price.
My stay here was quite pleasant overall. The hotel had a very nice kitchenette in the room which was convenient for us. The housekeeping area across from our room could get loud at times, especially during their busy hours, but the wall control helped manage the room temperature well. On a downside, we found a French fry container left under the bed, which was a bit off-putting.
